    I know
    it is gonna happen someday
    gonna happen to you to

    I know what I 'm gonna do
    let me tell ya what I mean

    Gonna go out
    in these old blue jeans

    been part of my life
    for ever it seems

    yeah I think
    I was born
    in a pair of old blue jeans

    I should of been a cowboy
    could a been
    in a rodeo

    all I wear are these blue jeans
    cuz I love them so

    I could of been a doctor
    a lawyer
    or
    maybe a professor
    or
    a college dean

    but
    none of them are wearin
    a pair of old blue jeans


    yeah, I like ole Willie
    and
    Waylon, Steve Mc Queen too

    Still's and Young
    when they all sung

    in those
    old
    blue
    jeans

    faded and worn
     tattered
    and torn
    first thing I put on
    in the morn

    are
    these old
    blue jeans
