Sign
steely eyes of resolveall the years with you
prayed for dissolve
now we are in dissolution
the last wish
i ever thought would be granted
and here it is
in my mailbox
ready to be sent on wings
of gasoline
signed and notarized
a piece of paper
less wings than butterflies
so important
so full of portent
these words written in ink
cant describe
the pain
the stain
the distain
the lame meanings
mumbling from my drooling mouth
odd things to think about
when the truth finally comes out
signatures
scribbles
dirty little traces
of names and riddles
disregarding
unenhancing
times of pleasure
intimate romance
sign away my soul
take away my future
my lost and found nature
im anew but im less newer
now
later
past your point of departure
we only speak through letters
and tense, awkward
nearly silent lectures
stumbling to hasten the end of a time
i sign my name
on the bottom line
saying goodbye with my own name
i never imagined this part of the game
saying i do
i meant to you
hard to take back
words written in glue
covered in sparkles
tattooed
to the back of my head in marker
cant turn around
without seeing your face
struggling to move on
to find and replace
