Reverie

Jelaousy seeps inside of my heart,
As flies land next to me and their wings I pull apart.
Watching the wicked decend,
Darkness oozes out of my skin.
I killed all of the goodness that I had for my debt selected,
Because of the dead souls in my eyes they have collected.
The skies raged when the mountians around me fell.
My blood has all gone stale.
When I was so angry I would always be found cruely laughing,
Now I am sullen because I know what had happened.
It's not so funny anymore,
When I can't forget in my core.
Watching all that around me that I love die,
Alone in my tomb I cry.

Thoughts are powerful, creative, and, at times, dangerous. Be careful of forming the habit of dark, negative thinking. This is a poetically dark write with a liquid flow. Bravo!!!

wow that's deep and so true for so many.We often don't really understand until it is to late, that is if we try to figure it out our selfs. Great poem with so much meaning yet to be revealed.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
