Ambiguities

Ambiguities

I hold my world in my hands.
It's chipped and cracked.
One more knick and it's shattered.
I'm setting myself up for a fall.
In the shadows it hovers and leans.
Hidden behind the eyes that see.
Downcast the one that bleeds.
Stab myself with this pen to see if I am not numb.
Cut myself open just to see if I continue to be real.
I have suffered only a few bullets.
The real damage had to happen through the neglect.
Absolute times of black holes and Dark Ages.
Hurricanes have the knowledge of the unknown conflicts between myself and the broken-winged dream.
Take my sight for I don't want to see.
Melt them out and make them ooze out the horrible memories.
Let me scream out my doom.
This feeling is haunting in the darkest hour as life slowly loses it's grasp as that someone knicks my world and it's shatters.
I lay completely motionless with a faint smile on my lips.
