    At The sea (past tense)

In a stronger world some time ago

This was all I had to know

    People come and people go

And that was that for then

The heavens shining down on me

    Green kite defying gravity

The crashing of the golden sea

Smiling as if nothing was more natural

    Screeching seagulls overhead

    Phantoms trapped in the seabed

Forgetting all that man has said

    That was quite enough

A very descriptive and I enjoyed the read, makes you look at life and question why things are the way they are

Stig -your poems are so *unexpected* -I love how you don't wrap them up in a neat little bow... we look for a point -a Disney ending and are left tangled in a Indie world with loose ends and distortion. Its wonderful.

I loved your description of a stronger world some time ago. Quite powerful until your last line of that was quite enough. Great subject and wonderful write of how it used to be. Hugz
