    the tempo of the poem seems to be ticking away like the clocks we make, ticking at this arbitrary incriment we have assigned. i think thats why the flame and paper part is arbitrary, like you couldve put anything there? it was wasting away? forgive my ignorance, if you intended more with the burning paper. please enlighten me, if so :)
