YOU AND I IN A FOREST
YOU AND I IN A FOREST
You and I are
Moving in a forest
Where human beings are
Little
Trees are many thick in growth
Sun shines, its beams are strong
Enough to penetrate through
Branches of trees and leaves
Sets light on some places
As on spots with warmth
Birds of different kinds
Parrots, crows, mina making their
Voices spread fallen on ears as melody
Jackals, monkeys - animals start
Moving here and there
To hunt food to eat quenches hunger
Both of us like parrots of different
In colours in fine look
It is very difficult to catch
On hands as you want it
Quite surprise parrot came near
To look at both of us
Hey… you added how sweet you are
It started repeat your voice
Bird is having extra sense of
Speaking with us when I extended
My forehand parrot sat on
With full grip, it is lovely
