JUST AFTER THE RAIN

I was waiting for the rain to come

It came nicely just a little by little

Drops and drops falling down to earth

The cool and chilled vapors swept by breeze

One can enjoy the cool breeze

Just after the rain

The umbrella is placed on rest

Remaining unopened as to the needs

Everyone started moving here and there

Resuming works

The birds start its joyful voice

The peacocks spread their beautiful feathers

The rainbow colours adorning the sky

Freshness is added to me in mind

I was searching for the beloved ones

To share the nature

A few days later one seed of mango

Has taken it birth on earth

Coming up with fresh two leaves

Makes to think about the nature

The small one now it is just of the plant

Will grow little by little and may become

Tall and taller as a lovely tree

The birds may create small nest to live

The bird’s voice is sweet as the sound of

Music from the heaven

Falling on ears to one and all

As a gift to melody
