COCONUT T R E E
COCONUT T R E E
Ever since the days of father
To father, Grand father
This was a small plant seeded some where
Transplanted as pair, two trees
Into the earth of our home
At the east southern side
As a beauty of the place
They have grown high and higher
Giving its growing in punches
Each coconut with three eyes
As it blooms no flowers
Each and every parts of it is used,
Nothing go waste
These coconut trees have become
Tall and taller
Standing well even storm wind
Taken aside
One of the coconut trees lost its
Growth and removed away
As the case of elderly father,
By now he is also passed away
The one is remaining as single
One can see that is just above the new
Building construction made recent
On the premises
All on a sudden due to want of space
Of passage, with matter of space blank
Will it be removed away?
Is it not like a murder to cut it into pieces?
And removal is taken place?
Who is the cause for this?
Oh god, show me a way!
And make good of this
Lalalalalah… lala lalah … lala lala!
