HEN AND COCK

It is small poultry, where one can see some of the hen

And cocks in regular way;

Hen lays egg daily for the one week that is white

In appearance, though the mother is of black in colour

And the cock is very much colourful with tails feathers

Hatched egg made one small chicken that is white in

Appearance which is likeable, but how these changes

Are in birth and its growth?   Is it because of chemistry?

And its action - Whatever may be in colours white, black

Or brown, white of egg brought white chicken

All are of one race and one kind none other than

Hen and cock living ever so many days

Hens’ egg is mostly white in appearance, very rare

It lays black egg

My mind is colorless; it cannot be back or white
