Woe Is Me
Oh, woe is me
This heart that once was so full and free
Has been blackened, struck down by a fatal disease
It was a heart that knew no bounds and dreamed
Wish upon a star stupid little girl
Dreaming of promises and what could be's
Why lament when there is no one around
Hold onto what pray tell, to whom?
Just smack me upside the head
Tell me that I am dumb
Put me back into my place
Oh, woe is me
I should have left you years ago
So go now and stand alone
The corner is cramped, is it to cold?
It was fine when I was the one there by myself
While you came around when fancy struck
Now it is your turn to shrivel up and die
Oh, sorry does that make you cry
Take your self pity, shove it where there is no light
Fancy free my heart is once again light and airy
These emotions have returned that I thought long dead
Oh, woe is you for all that you put me through
Oh, woe is me
I should have left you years ago
So go now and stand alone
The corner is cramped, is it to cold?
It was fine when I was the one there by myself
While you came around when fancy struck
Now it is your turn to shrivel up and die
Oh, sorry does that make you cry
Take your self pity, shove it where there is no light
Fancy free my heart is once again light and airy
These emotions have returned that I thought long dead
Oh, woe is you for all that you put me through
