    Inside Out
    Anger on the outside
    Bitterness deep with in
    Resentment flowing off my skin

    Time to let go of these feelings that hurt
    Time to move on past the denial and realize the sin

    These things I know
    Yet still I find myself unable to cope
    This life and misery have over come my soul and consumed me

    I find myself screaming on the inside
    Unable to cry the pain out
