    This poem is about a relationship that has been in jepardy for a long time, finally coming coming to and end... Time to move on, and allow hearts to heal!

    Our Story Ends...

     

     

    This is not a love song

    Nevertheless,

     It is how our story ends

     

    You have hurt me so badly

    We no longer

    Can make amends

     

    It is not the way

    That love should go

    For I have loved you

    With my heart and soul

     

    Now it is time

    To say good-bye

    It is okay

    For both to cry

     

    Do not ask me how I feel

    Allow my tears to fall

    For a love that should have been

    Now is nothing at all

     

    For this is how our story ends

    Two broken lives

    Two broken hearts

    It is time to call it quits

     

    Please,

    No more pain

    There is nothing to gain

    In tearing each other apart

     

    I pray some day

    We’ll find away

    To forgive

    As this, our story ends

    Apologies to 1 Corinthian's attestations of Chapter 13, human love often fails. Like an untended garden where weeds become the only crop, hearts grow empty without the "constant gardener." Touching, moving, tender, and untimately disconsolate. 10. Harv

    Ending a realationship is the hardest thing to do i believe for you still see the good in the person and know they wont change so its time to move on . This poem says it all and in a very caring way . Great read Marie
