God and Me
God and Me
I went for a walk
One cold foggy night
Along the oceans shore
Although I was frightened
I continued to walk
Farther than I had gone before
I felt the dampness
Upon my face
The teardrops began to fall
I could not stop now
For I had to face my fears
Unlike I had ever done before
If I am ever going
To live my life
The way I believe
God intended it to be
Then I will keep walking
Until I have walked
All the fear
Completely out of me
I will not give in
To this ugly monster
It will never get the best of me
With God at my side
My heart filled with pride
We will take this walk together
God and Me
