    Dreamy Eyes

    As I lie here beside you

    In the comfort of your arms

    Peacefulness comes over me 

    I am overwhelmed by your charm


    There is a kindness about you

    Many will never see

    This tender heart of yours

    You share with only me


    You are like my favorite teddy bear

    Always willing to please

    Lying there so patiently

    Waiting to be squeezed


    I look deeply into your eyes

    It's the ocean I see

    Mountains off in the distance

    With tall swaying trees


    I think I know how love feels

    Each time you kiss my lips

    I want to know how love lives

    Beyond this heavenly bliss


    Each morning when I wake up

    It's your face I want to see

    Lying softly on a feather pillow

    Your dreamy eyes looking back at me
