    Nihilist

     I
    think I am the best
    and know that
    I am above the rest.
    I need not
    consider anothers thought.
    for I know I am right,
    and without fault.
    so I belittle and I deprecate
    and laugh as I denigrate, 
    I feel good in expressing contempt.

    I,
    in my ignorance, I.

    In this way and in my mind
    I continue to insure
    I will feel secure, 
    yet I won't see that I am blind.

    How deftly you portion opinion of me before my arrival to this venue! I am, therefore none else are. Maybe a little heavy inked... Great poetry and philosophical rant to boot!

    Wonderful!!!! You've captured the spirit of the nihilist perfectly, then pointed out the faults of that behavior...i love it!!! you have a way......with words, Mr Grito....a way indeed.
