Write Out Pain
Release is quite freeing,
I mean I wrote what I was seeing
Understanding my in me
Quoting on the hurts I’ve seen
Accolades of serenade in understanding
Answering my writes in questioning
Foundations restored from outgrowths
Songs sung in writes of fires raging
Engaging senses in mindscapes retracing
Wrote to my heart’s internal beating
Called back in heart’s bleeding poignancy
Revealing a lost that is now found with me
Speaking of issues of love inquiries reacting
Satisfaction is totaling in shared reactions
Reading into a letting, bygones are for forgetting
Captured on this parchment for commemorating
Eyes are watered and cleansed of strain in holding
Release is not effected as the pain is in retreat
Memorialized for the Intention of Forewarning
Or Comforting while in the midst of sojourning
Release is quite freeing,
I mean I wrote what I was seeing
Understanding my in me
Quoting on the hurts I’ve seen
Who says pain isn’t worthy
Through this pain, is my story
Retold and assimilated and related
Evermore to be noted and relied
This antidote has assuaged many griefs
