Puzzle
Like exquisite Sanskrit written in the snow
But what the wind wrote I did not know
Still there seemed to be an accusation
That I was ignorant through hesitation
Rather than being incapable of knowing
What was written by the cold winds blowing
The wind whispered words most impenetrable
In a language that I found quite unintelligible
And so I stood day in and day out
Listening to the winds whispery shout
Trying with my head cocked just right
To find the key to what was within my sight
But what the wind wrote I did not know
Still there seemed to be an accusation
That I was ignorant through hesitation
Rather than being incapable of knowing
What was written by the cold winds blowing
The wind whispered words most impenetrable
In a language that I found quite unintelligible
And so I stood day in and day out
Listening to the winds whispery shout
Trying with my head cocked just right
To find the key to what was within my sight
