Let us lose ourselves tonight,
Get lost amongst the fireflies,
Hid from shadows cast by clouds,
Hiding the moon and engulfing us in darkness.
These mountains tower over a lake of diamonds,
Reflections casting devious glints of light,
As we try to catch it,
Flittering here and there,
Minds of their own.
Distance is not a factor anymore,
Time forgotten.
Let us be free,
From what we cannot see,
And lose our selves in our own world of imagination,
Tonight.
Get lost amongst the fireflies,
Hid from shadows cast by clouds,
Hiding the moon and engulfing us in darkness.
These mountains tower over a lake of diamonds,
Reflections casting devious glints of light,
As we try to catch it,
Flittering here and there,
Minds of their own.
Distance is not a factor anymore,
Time forgotten.
Let us be free,
From what we cannot see,
And lose our selves in our own world of imagination,
Tonight.
