Goarden Of Loves Promises
Garden Of Loves Promise: Drew Lancaster
I can pluck petals all day
She loves me not
Each look the same
With this petal I shall stop
Here I can lay the blame
My garden now oh so thin
Beauty scattered with questions
Though the answers ride the wind
Will beauty make me wait
Will winter soon end
Spring around the corner
Shall I plant these tears again
Cry Cry Cry and begin
Will the soil take
Can my heart wait
A single rose left
Its petals a promise to make
I have planted love for years
Thus far only thorns did I create
And beauty I watered with care
Made bleed the hand that gave
