You'll Never be Alone
I know that times are tough for youYou go through things you shouldn't go through
Your mind is busy with hopeless thoughts
Of the lifelong battles you think you lost
Restless nights full of nightmares
Waking up and noone else is there
Hurting, crying, so full of pain
A lifetime of nothing but the rain
Fighting a war you just can't win
With the demons you hold deep within
But noone knows exactly how you feel
The tears you cry you don't reveal
You feel helpless, destined to be in the dark
Looking for a way to ignite the spark
It's hard to breathe with an empty heart
With a soul that's completely torn apart
No shoulder to cry on, no hand to hold
Left by yourself shivering in the cold
There's something that you need to see
The warmth you need is here with me
From this day forward, forever and ever
I'll be your rock, we'll fight together
I'll be the one to defend your soul
I'll fight for your honor wherever I go
I am the light that breaks the storms
I'll be the blankets that keep you warm
Mine are the footsteps walking behind you
You are an angel, I'm here to remind you
I'll carry your pain so your shoulders are bare
Any way you turn, I'll be standing right there
Forever in my heart, always on my mind
I will be your dreamcatcher till the end of time
I will keep your black knights at bay
And take every bit of your pain away
No one will hurt you with me by your side
I'll defend your honor and protect your pride
I'll never turn my back on you this I swear
No matter what you do, I'll still be there
I'll be your umbrella to keep you dry
And wipe the tears from your hurting eyes
I don't care if you never believe me
No matter what, I'm never leaving
So close your eyes and hear my words
I'll be in the sky with the the blue birds
Guiding you through life's journey with me
Making you fly and feel so free
So when you think your heart's made of stone
Believe me when I say, you'll never be alone
