~Thick is the night~
The light turns to darkness as,
The night cries out my name.
Hope is replaced with fright,
As the night show his hidden delights.
The warm is lost as the coldness colorless creeps in,
Some say the darkness is only the night,
I say right the darkness is only a rite.
The sun sheds off her rays,
So the light may find her way.
The darkness slips in and he finds his pace,
Taking many of us to a room without a grace!
The night holds many delights as the darkness,
Dances without the sun as second sight.
The darkness slips in!
