~My steel poney~
The wind gently runs,
her breath through my hair.
As my steel stead,
comes to life one again.
I ride the waves of life,
not caring where life,
takes me today.
No fear of where I have been,
time to ride on,
to the place that always,
cries out my name.
I leave a trail of souls,
behind as I no longer am,
concerned with time.
I feel the ground pound,
under my horse made,
of steel, I feel the sun,
as the yellow lines pass,
to return me what is mine.
I recall the dreams of yesterday,
caught between the clouds,
and grace.
When souls collide then intertwine,
life takes time to put difference,
aside and love climbs,
to new heights again.
As I look down the roads,
that lead me to home,
I feel the stead run faster,
than the strength of the wind.
Home is where the heart is,
time to push dreams aside,
and live life once again!
