    In the interest of brevity

    Let me say, simply, that I am amazed

    You fascinate and intrigue me

    Your perspective of the world

    So similar yet so vastly different

    From my own

    Never ceases to challenge and inspire me

    Unpredictable, selfless, devoted,

    Passionate, creative

    Your actions encourage me

    To take stock of my own life

    Every time we speak

    I am in awe of your strength, fortitude,

    And generosity of spirit

    I am so blessed to have a mother

    Such as you
