Frozen in Time
The river still and paleLife is frozen in time
The grass no longer green but sparkling white.
Trees dance with the flurries lead by wind
Rocks and trees beautifully highlighted
The powder skipping around in the breeze
Pale, frigid, and lifeless yet suprizingly awake
All is still but the forest is breathing.
The sky: cloudy and dreary to some
Mysteriously beautiful and calming
Beneath the solid river
Runs an undiscovered world.
Life hidden away watching and waiting for the sun
All that looks dead and hopeless is merely asleep
Resting after a long productive day
Life is frozen in time
