WHEN ANGELS FLY
WHEN ANGELS FLY
A fragile soul must leave now
for Heaven does await
A precious child's energy
to pass the Golden Gate
The sorrow for the grieving
who now are left behind
Look above the clouds
your angel flies divine
Their tears have turned to peace
the pain an earthly thought
For Heaven greatly loves
the angel they have sought
GOD'S greatest gift is love
that meaning is a child
Their innocence so pure
though loss has left you wild
You think the world's against you
your anger and despair
and nothing on this earth
can equal in compare
Your strength begins to drain
you feel you have no friends
As your angel flies away
The Lord will hold his end
I only can imagine
the pain you feel within
and ever comes a day I will
I pray the strength to win
I hold at heart this unique verse
at times it seems unfair
The Lord will give you just as much
he knows your soul can bear
So take your time to grieve
and all the time to cry
every tear that falls
your angel will wipe dry
Now let your mind be free
wave your hand good bye
and see that GOD'S own arms
is where your angel flies
