Oh - I'll never forget whatsername...
I remember her like yesterday,
Or like the back of my hand.
I remember we loved for months,
Or, was it a one night stand?
As I think back on those days
I remember how it feels.
Tall she was, I'm sure of it,
Or was it her six-inch heels
I recall a ride in the country
we parked out under the stars
Oh, hell, I can't remember it,
We could have been on Mars.
But I do remember her name
Of that I can be sure.
It was Mary, yes, I'm sure it was
Because she was so pure.
And Mary and I were lovers,
But I think she married Paul.
Oh, it's all a jumbled mess.
I don't remember her at all...
