Nakota's Poem
Welcome to my world baby girl
It's a joy to finally meet you
You are a perfect specimen of life
Just look at the sparkle in your eyes
You look like your mommy and your daddy
But there's also a little bit of me in you
We have waited on your arrival
And we have wondered so many times
I truly saw you in a dream one night
I held you in my arms and cuddled you tight
Your name was to be Nakota
That's what the nurse had said that night
You were tiny, and your black hair shined
I knew who you were before your time
So welcome to my world baby girl
Welcome to my world
