    In The Arms Of My Lover

     In the arms of my lover
    Is where I want to be
    Where loving feels so natural
    Pure, wild, and free

    Wrapped up in my lovers arms
    I feel that I can fly
    With no boundaries to hold me back
    I'm free to roam the sky

    In your eyes I see tomorrow
    And a thousand brighter days
    In my heart I feel your love
    It's where I want to stay

    In my soul I feel our spirits
    Bonding so strong and true
    Nothing matters in my life
    Than being loved by you

    Aww this made me smile with tears. I don't know if it's because I'm listening to Jackson Browne, or because the tone of your poem is so content and sweet, or even the combination, but it all made me tear up with happiness. Beautiful.

    Tierra, I'm so glad you enjoyed this poem. Sammia is a remarkable young lady, full of talent. It's always a pleasure to cowrite with her. I think I'm enjoying this cowriting more than writing on my own.

    Thanks Tierra, I loved writing this piece with Lonewolf. Like him I believe that I am starting to like this cowriting more than writing my own stuff. LOL. One thing that is for sure...For me and Sir, I have come to realize even though we don't know each other personally but online through the site and yahoo. We are somehow attuned to how to write these lovely pieces filled with so many emotions. Thanks for reading....
