Guns and Lot's of GUNS
Guns! lots of guns are seen everywhere,It's control and visibility, no one seems to care,
Many brandished their colts and calibres for everyone to see,
In many principalities without accountability.
A gun at home may be used to defend family and property,
But one cannot ignore guns impact on the society,
You cannot have it both ways in the effort to control crimes,
Abused by young and inexperience users, buying them everytime.
And there seems to be no limit to the aumminution you can own,
The amount available to everyone, should be cut to the bone,
Allowing a young person to purchase guns like bread,
Shouldn't he be taught safety and accountability instead?
Look at the murder and robbery rates in which guns are used,
Ever increasing and booming crime rate that's difficult to diffuse,
Raising the age to own a pistol to perhaps twenty four,
limiting the amount that can be owned each household door to door.
For guns are not as necessary as food, it's the main tool of crimes,
An annual review of it's proliferation is warranted at this time,
We've seen the tears of children and heartaches of families,
Losing a close relative by guns, a devastion beyond degree.
Politicians, judges and decision makers, need to take a look,
At punishing more severely the crimes committed by these crooks,
Every city should revive the incentive for exchange,
Guns for cash sold to the police is a great way to engage.
Having guns in abundance was never a deterrant to crime,
Gun control is appropriate and inevitable at this time,
There can be no economic prosperity in high waves of crime.
