Writers
Writers
Writers are crazy, we all know it's true
We write about us, we write about you
We say things in print not uttered before
Like, "I'm pretty certain your Mom is a whore"
Somehow I must, unburden my soul
Spewing the awful, shock seems my goal
It's therapy, yes, I've heard it been said
Readers may think we'd be better off dead
But still we keep writing, saying our piece
Brutally honest, sarcasm our Beast
Yet I wouldn't trade it for nuttin' you see
Because in my writing, you really see Me!
