Tension
Now i can feel the air,
I know it was always there,
Though never quite like this,
It's as if it's gained some weight,
Quite a bit it cannot shake,
Not that i can give much aid,
For it hammers down on us,
Slowly, agaonizingly, enclosing,
Stealing strength and breath daftly away,
Push and pull battling,
Against the ever tauter string,
Striving to eventually,
Break through and breathe again.
