FIELDS OF DAISIES
Thoughts of you brings delightful thrills. You came into my life and we shared so much, Hours and hours in your sweet embrace, Eyes shut tight brings vivid dreams, Whispered words of love still heard, Vases of daisies remind me of you, "We can only be friends," so painful to hear, A love that remains forever within, I walk beside the mountain stream, I have many thoughts of delightful thrills,
The love we shared in my memory still,
I could hardly wait till the next sweet touch.
Your memory still brings a smile to my face.
Of fields of daisies and mountain streams.
Memories of passion that once was stirred.
The love we shared forever true,
Held at a distance, I want you near.
I long to hold you once again.
Remembering words of future dreams.
The love we shared in my memory still.
