A different view
§
Some things unknown, others omitted.
Your coolness is the smoothest,
So clear and flowing limitless.
Void of humanity that is you.
I love you and what you are to me.
If not for you who or what would be?
No comparison of you that I see.
§
Coming so close to regressions,
You are there, and will not be dejected?
You’re alluring and calling so suggestive
Regrets, I may ponder all my life,
If something from you crawled inside
§
Neither discouraged nor disheartened;
I am resolutely braved with courageous.
Mercy, dare I ever hope to see
Will not mercies unto others, show if not me?
§
It was I who came calling to you.
In my weakness you were true
A mass appeal calling all anew
Colors reflective of sky that’s blue.
§
Oh foolish and naive me, I partake
No praise distains your worth.
Things now known, before, unseen.
It’s foolish me on bended knees.
I bowed to drink of all I see.
§
My icy friend, this I freely do
Drinking of liquid and writing.
A poem of you, a simple mountain spring.
With hidden animal waste,
Of things, I've failed to detect.
§
On bended knees I partake of you
You are my death, maybe the means too
I drink melted snow, of mountain screams
And that is a fact! It’s yet unseen
Maybe I’ll regret this act, I drink.
Inflexible me of a different view,
Alas it’s true, I dedicate this poem to you.
