Proximity
Eternity is nearly here, where is my gleeful gain.
Infinity is not enough to hold this unwelcome pain.
Of this love so joyful so happy so very refined
Until we ran out of time, your heart no long mine.
We almost had a perfect love or it’s Proximity.
Distance seems short, basking in our unanimity.
So close, not far with emotions that buzzed.
We played with love not knowing what it was.
No communication then needs just evolve.
Apart who'd thought love could dissolve?
Who ever dreamt it could be totally gone,
so close, yet so far from perfect love but we lingered on.
Own words vowed unweaving love so refine.
Our profession of love, did fed that fire.
Deep emotions drew on poems that inspires.
With unchallengeable godly and pristine swirl.
I the captured girl, a background for your harp.
Using luring words I response-a sluggish Carp.
Duke & Earl, every word my treasured pearl.
A true love from our first look, its our world.
Turning more real, forces beyond us each day.
Unbeknown to us, things turned another way.
A way foreign more and more, & hard to show.
Until in time I had no choice but to let you go.
Perfect love or in that neighborhood's proximity.
Stolen kisses of lip, you called sweet nips of joy.
You never tire of me, sweetness of a boy.
Perfect love could it be, or in that proximity.
Naïve, blinded by love, is now but just a fantasy.
