Surprise Me, Please
I stop to think,Of a memory,
I always kept,
After you left me.
I always think,
Of the emotion inside,
On that day,
When you were my surprise.
I didn't know,
You were there,
our friends brought,
you to the fair.
A cool afternoon,
You went to hide,
Came out of no where,
Seeing you, I cried.
I missed you so much,
Hugged you tight,
Seeing you again,
I finally felt right.
And we walked around,
Holding my hand,
How much in love,
No one could understand.
But now you're gone,
No more hiding,
No surprises,
No more confiding.
I don't get the joy,
Of knowing you're there,
in body or mind,
I can't even bare.
I wish you were hiding now,
So that maybe one day,
You'd come and surprise me,
And I know you stayed.
