Raised By the Faeries
I am a changeling childwith flowers in my hair
You want to meet my family?
then I will take you there
I live with sprites and pixies
with nymphs that sing to me
Among the blue lagoons
with maiden of the sea.
So why have I no wings,
or glimmering shimmery skin?
For I am a changeling child
and these are not my kin.
They took me as a babe
before I changed and grew
But I am not the only one,
because now you're one too!
You'll be quite happy here
and soon you will forget
The life you lived before
filled with sadness and regret.
So now let's go and play
with Puck and Oberon
Among our newfound family
your old life is long gone.
