    I do love you Dah; You are like a willful child, hurt and refusing to be comforted... this is another good piece, like everything you write. I just wish you were able to receive God's love as readily as you do another humans' very flawed love, rapture is a mildly adequate description...

    many have done this without success ,and so you are just another buzz that fall far from the truth,and will die trying,for god is much more than a kiss in time ,,what a kiss will do when god need you whole,,

    god is synthetic. a dream. and for some, it is all they have, and the dream ends in death. and you are just another caged parrot as i am "another buzz" flying on free-will. thank you for your perspective.

    not sure of that,that I know is that God is most often conceived of as the supernatural creator and overseer of the universe, as for parrot,what can I say,more like open vibes speaking the truth that my soul evolve,,

    Excellent! each stanza is filled with such profoundness. This poem is packed full of deep insightful pondering; on some level each and everyone of us cogitate about. I especially am captivated by: Running to escape the stench of death’s decay, I ask God to show me the surface of silence, so that I may understand his emptiness, his refusal to openly love; his refusal to love openly is so powerful! Those of faith and those lacking hold that same wonderment that you so poetically phrased! Fine Work. Great Read. Thank You.

    Yes, at times I feel empty as this poem relays this message to me. Especially to try and understand his emptiness and his refusal to openly love. I love the line What is truth? promise between heaven and earth! Wonderful Dah, you rise above the average poet! You are no average anything! This one really has me thinking today. All thoughts of why I also feel empty of his kiss. Maybe someday I shall know. A perfect ten does not justify this write. Got to somewhere be a 20 for you! lol
