A flower that won't bloom
If my soul it cried
In the open winds
All the embers
And roots were dry
Burnt
No body remembers
The girl inside
The lonely little fire
One day it died
The spark that a
Dying star
Opened my heart
Only
Now it's cut in two
Why in whispers
In passing winds
Must this be
Why now must I
Bloom for you
When love is dew drops
Petals closed I slip into darkness
To thank you now
Would make a winter
From a bitter kiss
That blew wishes to the wind
Only to let it float on all away
World your pretty in your darkness
But the light is hard to find
Where is the warming love
That isn't this hard to understand
Fill me with your empty cup for
I haven't any room
I've simply given up!
