He is so bored
this hispanic child of
4 or 5 anos.

They wait, she has not
thought to bring a toy or a diversion. 
He babbles with unspent energy.
She holds him down
as so many mothers do
because holding him still
is unattainable.

He see's the men with the tools
come and go through the doors.
Always looking for "Papa".
He doesn't come.

It is in the upper 90's today in Tx
as he sucks on an old bottle of warm juice
and sweats and wiggles
and gets worse, and worse
and the time drags on.....

Does it damage him
to be told
"no", " be still", "stop that"
constantly for hours?

Yeah! Daddy is at the door
and now
the child is a "pain in the ass"
as his behavior
is reported to his father figure by her.

She is now threatening him,
that I am writing bad notes about him
now she is gonna let me spank him.
She never even considers its her.
This gets her a wimper
and she seems satisfied. 

He stills as if he believes her.
She tells him next
to quit fidgeting
and spanks his thigh finally.

Now, she tells him
I am writing a letter to Santa Claus
to tell him how bad he has been
and that there will be no more toys
for him now.

But just a day at the 
"Wrench a part" for his dad.
He doesn't know a thing thats
gone on....
