    Guardian of the Well
    Castle walls of hushed horizon
    Masculine self the inner amazon
    Standing sentient guarded wells
    Only to love will she foretell
    The mystery that is her inside
    From all others this does she hide
    Tossing aside coins of cheapness
    She asked for his heart in pure rawness
    Mistaken for haughty pride
    Is her demand to throw pretense aside
    The exposition of her mission
    His deeper love acquisition
    She entered the Earth
    Set on higher spiritual re-birth
    He alone shall capture the essence
    That for her brings oneness presence
    Standing ground till honor found
    Her guarded walls will yet surround
    Until to love he does surrender
    Every distraction her warrior contender
    And rightly she shall mount opposition
    As deftly as any parlor magician

    An so it is.......

    I loved this piece Grace! Very strong.....shows what a true warrior Princess is made of....an Amazon, indeed. Thank you for your vision and for sharing it with the rest of this poetic community!
