LimericksMy thread on Haiku poetry seems to have played out so let me try another one. The Limerick is a very specific form and one that is under appreciated. This light and bouncy form is the black sheep of the poetry family noted for its humor and irreverence. The structure is also very strict. Re: LimericksHi aggieprof, I made an attempt at a limerick and posted it on my site. It's called Two Lover's. I wrote it for a forum challenge, but by the time I'd finished it the challenge was done.
