    behind my mask...
    I'm still flesh...
    I still breathe...
    I still bleed...
    for you...
    I still cry...
    for you...
    that's just how it is...
    inside I break...
    outside, I am held together by metal...
    maybe I shouldn't say any of this...
    because my words are...

    h.o.l.l.o.w
    b.r.o.k.e.n
    e.m.p.t.y


    my mind still races...
    my emotions still swirl...
    my pulse still quickens...
    behind my mask...

    excellent poem you can feel the pain of a lost love through your words. What I get from this is that maybe on the outside you hide how you really feel but on the inside the pain is still there.
