what really matters 1-11-1999
we all look at things like like the nothing else matters, our opinion means nothing and shit splatters.
we see the light and we all know the day,
too many things to get done and not enough time to play.
we go to the store, to buy what we need,
it cost the whole paycheck for the family to feed.
cars in the market they go up so fast,
you have to die off before the loan will be passed.
things don't always matter and i know it's true,
because this time is now that i'm living thru.
things will be rough but only for awhile,
it will be ok because thats my style.
to make all things work even if i can't,
then think for awhile and say thats what i meant.
everything has a purpose and all things have a life,
like men in the kitchen playing the housewife.
men are in charge, or so they portray,
but women will rule this whole world one day.
when that day gets here the men will all shatter,
but in this whole world nothing really ever does matter.
