Reflection
The ocean roars, it sprays my face
I wonder where you are.
I haven't seen you, in a while
Your face, your smile, haunts me
that fateful day, I lost you
I couldn't save your life
My love, please forgive me
my dear beautiful wife
The ocean laughs, sprayed again
sprays it's murderous mist
into my eyes, onto my face
it mocks my very grief
Curse you sea, I curse you again
I pray you fade away
My memory is trapped, within your mist
you fight for me, I fight for her
a never ending feud.
You took her then, I'll take you now
Bring you down with her
Your waves shall rise, your sea shall fall
then I'll lose my mind
You fight so hard, I want her back
her body shall be found
Your seas so high, they start to roar
that mist is turning black
I give up, my war is done
her body must be lost
You have won, I am done
I join her at your cost...
I wonder where you are.
I haven't seen you, in a while
Your face, your smile, haunts me
that fateful day, I lost you
I couldn't save your life
My love, please forgive me
my dear beautiful wife
The ocean laughs, sprayed again
sprays it's murderous mist
into my eyes, onto my face
it mocks my very grief
Curse you sea, I curse you again
I pray you fade away
My memory is trapped, within your mist
you fight for me, I fight for her
a never ending feud.
You took her then, I'll take you now
Bring you down with her
Your waves shall rise, your sea shall fall
then I'll lose my mind
You fight so hard, I want her back
her body shall be found
Your seas so high, they start to roar
that mist is turning black
I give up, my war is done
her body must be lost
You have won, I am done
I join her at your cost...
