    "LESSONS LEARNED, TABLES TURNED!"

     SO NOW I'M ALONE AND I'M "THINKING" OF YOU,
    I "REMEMBER"THE THINGS, THAT WE USED TO DO.
    SO,"WHY" DID YOU LEAVE ME? WAS IT "SOMETHING" I DID?
    CAUSE, I ACT A BIT CRAZY, SOMETIMES LIKE A KID.

    YOU MADE ME SO "HAPPY", I JUST WANT TO SCREAM!
    YOU LEFT WHILE I SLEPT, WERE YOU ONLY A "DREAM?"
    WHY DON'T YOU CALL ME? AT LEAST TO EXPLAIN!
    WHY LEAVE ME HANGING, TO DEAL WITH THIS PAIN!

    HOW CAN YOU DO THIS? IT'S JUST SO "UNFAIR",
    YOU KNEW I WAS HAPPY, SO, NOW YOU DON'T "CARE?"
    YOUR CELL PHONE'S INACTIVE, YOUR HOME PHONE'S BEEN CHANGED!
    LIKE A "PIECE" OF YOUR FURNITURE, I'VE BEEN REARRANGED?

    I'M "PACING" THE FLOOR, THINKING WHAT I SHOULD DO,
    I WON'T UNDERSTAND, UNTIL I HEAR IT FROM YOU!

    I WANT TO DRIVE OVER,JUST TO SEE WHAT I'D SEE,
    I'M "AFRAID" WHAT I'D FIND, AND THAT WOULD "KILL" ME!!
    COULD IT BE "ANOTHER", WHOM'S TAKEN MY PLACE?!
    I TRY NOT TO THINK IT, BUT IT'S "THROWN" IN MY FACE!

    YOU SAID I WAS YOURS, YOU SAID YOU WERE MINE!
    YOU MADE ME FEEL "SPECIAL",WAS THAT JUST A "SMOOTH LINE"?!
    I'M "THINKING" MORE CLEARLY,THE PICS THAT I SENT?
    YOU SAID GOT "DELETED",,,,IT WAS BY "ACCIDENT".
    I CHECKED IN MY CELL, AND THE "PICTURES" OF YOU?
    THEY ALL GOT "DELETED",,GUESS THAT WAS "YOU" TOO!!


    MY "PAIN'S" TURNED TO "ANGER"! I'VE ONLY BEEN "USED!"
    I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER! I'M ALWAYS "ABUSED!"
    YOU LOOK LIKE "PRINCE CHARMING", AND THE "PART" YOU DID FIT,
    BUT YOU'RE LIKE MY LAST "CAR",
    "GO FOR LOOKS, YOU GET SHIT!"


    "STAND UP!", "SHAKE" IT OFF! AND SO YOU GOT "BURNED"!
    MAKE A NOTE TO YOURSELF!

      "LESSONS LEARNED,,,,,"TABLES TURNED"!!!!

    Very descriptive. I love how you tell a story in this poem while keeping a rhyming scheme. That takes skill and a way with words. I think you and I have a similar style of writing.     lol it started good and ended a mess! we were fine for the first year, seemed like someone i never met before, he was perfect! but the second year things become aweward, he changed a complete u turn! i loved him (i thought), but at the same time i knew something ws wrong, i have gut feelings about things that are fixing to happen lol well i'm done with it! i didnt deserve that yu know? glad yu can relate with the poem my friend,amnd yews! i will check yurs out!,carol

    Users and abusers, they're all scummy losers.. Gamers play by gamers rules, too bad time we learn that, we end up the fools... But... they're name's on our list, as shake a hard fist, then hold up one finger, a real pretty stinger, no riddle it's the middle, we're just havin' fun, 'cause we're still number one.... right...??? right...... weeeeeeeeeee............

    You poem truly demonstrates lessons learned. All of us have loved someone before and experience pain. The one thing I do know is whatever to do to someone eventually the table will turn on you.
