    It’ the ONE

     

    The days and nights and things you missed

    Such as and for instants

    Conversations with your meal

    Replaced with
    Silent’s

    Morning preparations and all the fuss
    I need to get in there, are you ready ,we have to leave

    Replaced with
    A effortless uninterrupted flow

    Thoughts of giving and time spent

    Replaced with
    What will I do today

    Evening comes, prepare the meal

    Replaced with
    Fast and easy to please the gut

    Holding a hand on a evening walk, to watch a show with embrace

    Replaced with
    I'll stay home and turn in early

    Holding the breath, the beat of a heart, the comfort warmth of rest

    Replaced with
    Covers tucked, pillow held, the quite of a room

    It's not these things that are missed

    It's the ONE!
