Walking on the moon
The silent’s is mentally terrifying, painful
I say nothing, for not even my own words return to my ears
The view is not possible, color that brilliant cannot exist
Gazing into worship, my focus runs as water
Though heaven is draped out before me I stand in the dark
Here
In darkness I walk freely for I’m not seen
I feel nothing
It’s revealed as the silent winds rip at my flesh
Nothing
Longing to hold, (pause) something, to touch, feel
Here
I can reach nothing, grasp nothing
Hope is a cruel demon; its feeling died long ago
Only my torment lingers in the dark
Nothing else exist
Walking on the moon
Sounds lovely doesn’t it
