I Could Never See
I could never see
What wasn’t in front of me
Or even know when I was wrong
But now I can see
That it wasn’t meant to be
Good things only last for so long.
I never really knew
What it was to love you
I only knew that I couldn’t do it right
But now I know
That I had to let you go
And I walked into the night.
I could never tell
The difference between Heaven and Hell
But you always seemed to know.
