    F-ME UP AGAIN
    I did it again! How stupid can I be? I fail in his trap and let him get to me.
    I was doing so good, staying so strong. I started dating someone else trying to move on.
    But he slipped up on me like a spider to it's prey. The only thing different is I could have gotten away.
    It all started with just a text to say "Goodmorning Gucci Gurl I miss you". Then before I knew it i had texted "I miss you to".
    He said I'm in the city and I really want to see you and talk. We can grab a bite of lunch and go for a walk.
    At first I was cold , hard as a stone, but then he smiled and turned the charm on.
    I tried a couple of times to push the feelings away but he would make me laugh so I would let them stay.
    He was so loving, so tender, so sweet. Stupid ass me let him sweep me off my feet!
    Before it was all over we made love like we use to only it was better then either one of us knew.
    At the end of what I thought was a new day, he hugged me, kissed me and got in his car and drove away.
    Now I sit here like a damn fool looking at the message from my new special friend and asking myself how could I let him F-ME UP AGAIN!

    I guess that I have to say the same thing that everyone said. Why two good never make a good connection, and two wrongs never make it right? Love could make you dumb.

    I have to repost my response with some corrections here goes: What the heart wants is not always what it needs/ sometimes the body feeds these thoughts indeed/ If we listen to our bodies we get caught up in the rapture/ only stopping to listen to our brains after/ we have satisfied all of our fleshly desires/ our body takes control and our conscience has retired/ but the moment we realize that nothing has changed/ that what’s at the heart of this matter is still the same/ and that no matter how many times I try to start anew/ but I keep letting you do the shit you always do/ I will never be able to be happy with myself/ which means I'm NO DAMNED GOOD to nobody else! That should be better!

    Thank you so much for your reply it was very deep and powerful. Yes you are right that it does sometimes mean we are not happ with ourself but I have gotten better. He still gets to me a times but I have been able to move on

    Yep, these things happen. I can relate to this. The key to a situation like this, is to not let it chase off "Mr or Ms Right".
